ABOUT ME

Mhairi Veall - Reflexologist

Hailing from Kent and living in South East London for almost a decade, I am currently living in Lee near Blackheath. As a mum of three, I wanted to focus on how holistic health can become an essential part of our everyday lives, especially with modern lifestyles increasing stress on our bodies and minds.

I enjoy using reflexology to help many presenting conditions, from migraines, to digestive issues, spinal tension to ear/nose/throat ailments. I am also trained in Indian Head Massage and Healthy Eating & Nutrition, which furthers my ability to help support clients in their lifestyle goals.

My specialism is conception, pregnancy care and post-natal treatments, and I would love to help all mothers and mothers-to-be on their physical and emotional journey.
